• Cancellation requests should be sent via email to support@jothydev.net with your order ID.

Refunds

• If eligible, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• No refund will be entertained for partially used services or after service delivery.
• Refund eligibility may vary based on the type of product/service (consultation, registration, event entry, etc.).
